My buying experience here a few weeks ago was outstanding. Now I had an issue with my boot where my pull strap developed a small quarter inch tear in the leather, along with the stitching coming undone. I just had the chance to pop in and see what they could do, and the gentleman immediately informed me that was not normal. He went to the back and grabbed me a new pair and that was that. This company stands behind their products and I simply couldn't ask for more than that.

I’ve been wanting a pair of Tecovas for a good while now but hate online shopping and wanted to try on a pair before I bought some, the staff were super helpful and friendly and knowledgeable, and even though I had to order in a pair, they helped me with the process and made it really simple! I have a pair of the Nolan lizard skin boots coming this week and couldn’t be happier!

Staff was courteous and had me try on a pair of boots that I was not even considering…and sure enough they fit the best!! The Annie!! So comfy and cute!

Fantastic retail experience. Andrew and Jillian were exceptional to work with and made the entire boot buying experience a great adventure for my wife and I. They were knowledgable and very friendly in helping with our questions. If you need a pair of boots go see Tecovas in Leawood!

Employee Spotlight Review - Andrew! Thank you for being such a cool dude! The first time I came to the store I brought my 5 year old daughter who has autism with me. Andrew brought her a cowhide pillow to help with the sensory overload. She loved it! He has continued to deliver excellent service each time I have come in whether I am buying something or simply looking. You can tell he is just a naturally solid dude. The rest of the team smiles and acknowledges us when we come in too! They always have a good crew on the floor.

Stopped in the Leawood store today to get my boots cleaned and conditioned. The store was full with all salespeople busy. Took a moment for one to be free to assist me. Howdy asked if I wanted a complimentary pour of whiskey while he attended to my boots. Of course I obliged. Took him about 10-15 minutes to complete the conditioning and waxing. He did a great job. Customer service is key in this business. Howdy nailed it. Thank you sir!!!
